To disable a startup app, right-click on any app in the list with a status of " enabled " and select " disable ". To enable a startup app in the list which is disabled, right-click on the app and select " enable ". Hold the windows and letter R key on the keyboard. In the run dialog, enter " shell:startup ". In the folder, you can add any application of your choice which you'd want to run at startup.
